Mushroom-Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
For the stuffing:
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups mushrooms, finely chopped (cremini, button, or your choice)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese or goat cheese (optional for creaminess)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
For the chicken:
- 2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to season

Make the stuffing:
