Have you been struggling to gain weight? Trying all the said remedies and no success?

Well, I'm here today to share with you what really worked for me. Some time back I had over 62 kgs and wanted to lose just a few kgs but then I  ended up losing way too much to 49 kgs .

I have tried several methods of regaining weight but didn't see any changes.

After all this disappointments, I almost gave up when I finally this secret that I'm going to share with you today.

I started seeing changes 2 weeks later and that even motivated me to be more constant with this routine.

So then, in the first month I had gained approximately over 5 kgs  and this technique proved that it worked and I can bet that it will for you too.

Incase you're having issues with your appetite, here are some tips for you to increase it.

I had the same issue of low appetite and at the same time  my weight was deteriorating.

Here are the items you need;

·                  1. Bananas

This fruit contains healthy calories and carbs, and when taken in regularly it increases your body mass.

Most people who have been ill take banana shakes inorder to increase their calorie intake which eventually leads to weight gain.

A single banana contains around 100 calories and thus considered calorie- dense fruit

and has almost 27 grams of carbs.

Consider the ripe bananas for weight gain since they contain more sugar compaired to unripe ones.

 

·                 2. Milk

Milk may contribute to weight gain when taken together with food items such as bananas.

It aids in weight gain by helping you to build muscles.

Cases such as whey and casein proteins in cow's milk may contribute to lean muscle instead of fat mass.

If you're looking to gain weight using milk then you need to add milk to the diet throughout the day.

The fat in full-fat milk also helps in gaining weight.

Milk contains around 122 calories and assist in weight gain.

I normally do ensure that my shake contains some peanut butter it adds flavour to the shake and helps boost weight.

It is a healthy alternative to junk food for gaining weight.

According to myrecipes website, here is a quick recipe for a thick and creamy peanut butter-banana milk shake for weight gain.

I used this recipe and I really did enjoy it.

Drank atleast 2 times in a day and the results were splendid.

Ingredients;

         1 ripe banana

         1 tablespoon peanut butter

         1/2 cup 1% milk

         2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt ( optional)

Simply peel the banana and cut it into pieces.

Then combine banana, peanut butter and milk in a blender and blend it till it becomes smooth.

Finally serve the shake and enjoy.

Do this 2 or 3 times a day and you will notice changes within the first 2 weeks.

Remember to continue with the rest of the meals as usual as this shake only acts as a snack in between main meal courses.
